Psycho Unlimited took an unprecedented position during the pandemic and offered multiple “no questions asked” refund periods from 2020 to 2021. The world was a crazy place, and we didn’t feel right holding your hard-earned money during a time of uncertainty that the world has never seen before. So we let anyone, with or without a valid excuse, to request a refund with the click of a button. That policy isn’t sustainable for any live entertainment company, and we hope that it was helpful last year to those who were truly unable to attend.
